My comments on the service- Cindy wasvery polite. There were several issues with the billing department and with the shipping department. However, your company did respond and act quickly to resolve the issues.

I picked up my dress from the post office today, and I LOVE it! Beautiful work, thank you! It is a bit larger than the measurements given for a size 6 on your website, just so you know. I should be able to have it taken in just fine though so no complaints from me :)

I received my wedding dress yesterday and was surprised at how exact it was to the picture from which I ordered.

I love the dress! I was really impressed by how quickly it arrived here. Your service, in my opinion is fabulous. It was wonderful how you customized the dress to fit me and emailed me when it was shipped. Most places online don't have this level of customer service. The only suggestion that I would have is that there were more angles shown of the dresses on the website. With some of them, there was either only a front or back view, so that made it little more difficult to make a decision about which one I wanted. when it was shipped. I've just got my dress. It's PERFECT!!!!!
My suggestion would be that us as customers should be pressed by you in seeing the picture of measurements.
Anyway, let me tell you that I am so so pleased and content with your work. It's just amazing.

I would like to thank you for my dress. I just picked it up today. I have to say, i love it, you guys are incredible. It fits perfectly. My only suggestion is that, you should include Bermuda in the list of countries you ship to.
